Velocity Ventures is proudly owned and operated by Dawson and Kylie Appleton — a husband-and-wife team rooted in the heartland, driven by quality workmanship, integrity, and hometown values.
Originally from Copan, Oklahoma, Dawson brings a strong foundation in leadership and customer service, with experience as both a delivery supervisor and sales manager. His sharp attention to detail, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit are the driving forces behind Velocity Ventures’ high standards and reliable service.
Kylie, born and raised in Conway Springs, Kansas, earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and has dedicated her professional life to helping others — from child adoption services to special education. Her compassion, patience, and positivity bring a heart-led balance to the business that clients genuinely appreciate.
The two met through their shared love of rodeo and now proudly call Chelsea, Oklahoma home. Married in December 2024, they’ve made it their mission to serve Northeastern Oklahoma with honest, dependable exterior cleaning services — always treating every property as if it were their own.
